Arnaud
Hi All, There's been a discussion regarding issues with the new Tape Delay (not sounding the same as in 10.2.0) when opening a former 10.2.0 project using that plug-in into LPX 10.2.1 and running on Yosemite (the solution being to update to El Capitan, which I confirm does the trick). See thread there : viewtopic.php?f=1&t=122256&hilit=tape+delay+10.2.1 Now here's a different bug to report: When using the Sync mode, the note (i.e. delay equals 1/4, 1/8, etc...) automation format was changed, which make any former project saved in 10.2.0 which automates this parameter not forward compatible in 10.2.1. In 10.2.0, the format for that automation was using only the denominator (e.g. 1 for 1/1, 2 for 1/2, 8 for 1/8, etc). In 10.2.1 the format for that parameter's automation was changed and directly displays the full note value (e.g. directly 1/1, 1/2, 1/8, etc). In practice, a shorter delay (e.g. 1/8) was a higher automation value (e.g. 8) than a longer one (e.g. 1 for 1/1). Now its's the other way around, because a shorter note is a smaller fraction than a longer one. For instance, a note automation of 1/1 is now "translated" into 1/16, which obviously fully messes that automation up. I found no work around but to redraw the automation curve with the appropriate (displayed in a new format) values. Fortunately, I only had one project affected, but that's only sheer luck... Bug report sent to Apple. Regards, Arnaud
