Freeze Library pane or Replace or Double Drum Track

Noticed this happens when trying to open the Library pane(the Y key) or the menu item "Replace or Double Drum Track" on an existing Logic file. Thus, a file created before this update.

I get the spinning beach ball, after it starts to open the library pane.

Tried uninstalling Logic and re-installing. No avail.

Interesting: Replace/Double Drums does automatically open the Library, so that and opening the library are related actions. So in essence, 10.2.1 has trouble opening the Library on a pre-10.2.1 project. Does it open then you get the beach ball? Or does it open halfway and then stops? Or does it never get a chance to open? Or does it stall for a while, then after a while it opens?

The only thing I can think of is that 10.2.1 brought new symbols displayed to the right of items in the Library that have not yet been downloaded. I wonder if this could be related. Did you download all additional media content since 10.2.1?

Thanks for the reply. I chose the "Download additional content..." It downloaded 3+GB of sounds, but nothing else, as far as I can tell. I then quit Logic, restarted Logic and tried the Replace/Double Drum Track command and got the same thing. It starts to open the library pane but stops and freezes. I get the beach ball which never ends. I have to Force Quit.
