eths
Hi all, can anyone shed some light on this issue. Still getting to grips with Logic Pro X if someone can answer this please. If I create a midi note with the pencil tool within the piano roll, double clicking with the pencil tool deletes the note. Is there a way to turn off this function? Also if I create a midi note with the pencil tool then revert to pointer, holding down on the note with pointer also deletes the midi note. Is there a way to stop both these delete functions? Haven't found an answer as yet. Help appreciated. Regards

David Nahmani
Also if I create a midi note with the pencil tool then revert to pointer, holding down on the note with pointer also deletes the midi note. That should never happen. Try reproducing this in a new empty project?
eths
Hi David, thanks for your response. Figured it out - it's 'Enable force touch trackpad' in prefs.
