Hit frame tempo change

Hi guys, I can't figure out something:

 

As you can see in the picture, I have bar 39 at 01:01:29:00

 

I need to get that bar 39 to frame 01:01:29:04 but with a nice slow tempo curve between bar 38 and bar 39.

 

So bar 38 should start with 108 bpm, slowing down the tempo gradually till hitting frame 01:01:29:04 at bar 39 an then again 108bpm at the beginning of bar 29.

 

How can I do that?

In the Event List, choose Options > Tempo Operations. Create the desired tempo curve between 38 1 1 1 and 39 1 1 1, for example from 108 to 90 bpm. Apply. Now in the event list, double-click the tempo value at 39 1 1 1 and enter 108.

thank you very much for your help! I actually found out that to find the right tempo I need to adjust the final tempo and the frame that I want to hit automatically change.
