formula101
I'm building a new Logic template and can't remember what setting I need to change in Logic so that when I move a fader up and down on my midi controller (JL Cooper FaderMaster), the corresponding fader in Logic moves up and down as well. At the moment, I'm controlling midi cc 7 on a track, and I hear the volume being raised or lowered, but the fader in Logic stays at 0.0. In my previous template, whenever I would raise or lower a fader on my controller, I would see the Logic fader do exactly the same. Is there a setting that I'm missing? Thank you! formula101
Related to this question, as I'm building my template I'm noticing odd behavior with my midi controller and Logic. Like I mentioned before, I'm just trying to control volume with a fader on my FaderMaster. If I load a Kontakt instrument, instead of seeing the channel strip fader move up and down, I see Kontatkt's internal fader move. Before, this never used to happen. In all of my previous Logic projects, the channel strip fader would only move. Appreciate any help with this.
formula101
Finally figured it out. Project Settings > MIDI > Control Change 7/10 controls Volume/Pan of channel strip objects.
