region fade shortcuts

Editing VO audio only, tried using the LPX key commands setup, but got mixed results.

 

What Im hoping for exactly is to:

 

1. select a single (or multiple) audio only regions in the Arrange window

2. apply a keyboard shortcut to add the default fade out

3. apply a keyboard shortcut to apply a default fade in

 

much as FCP can apply default transitions to selected clips, one would hope.

This has nothing to do with using automation, not hoping to go there.
