the sinner
Heres the setup: All digital Logic out via MOTU Traveller Lite Pipe ===========> Into: DIGI 192 Pro Tools ===================== I have some stereo mixes I have been sent by a guy who knows what he is doing and wouldn't clip. They are clipping in Pro Tools when i arm ADAT 1/2 In. Not Clipping in where they are being played which is Logic Audio 1/2 ==> Being routed to ADAT 1/2 out. Whats going on? I cannot trim digital inputs right?

FWIW, in Pro Tools the criteria for a clip indication is a single full scale sample. In Logic it's probably 6 samples (based on the warning message you get after a clipped recording). So it's possible that the audio includes runs of 2 to 5 contiguous full scale samples, which wouldn't show as clips in Logic but would show in Pro Tools. the sinner
I figured this interesting effect out. Logic's warning clipping LED does not show at 0.0. Pro Tools Does. Motu CUE mix does. I wonder why that is the case.
