weez
I have a mac pro 266 at home. I work 12 hr shifts and 10hrs of it is down time. Im looking for some type of mobil solution. most of my recording is done at home on the mac pro. im looking for something to creat music with logic at work edit etc.would the imac 17 or 24 be a better option in this case over the mac pro?as stated i will only be using audio instruments and midi and will transfer files to mac pro when i get home. How about the mac mini?thanks for your response
shivermetimbers
10 hrs of downtime? What type of job is that? Are you hiring? Why not just go home for 8 hrs?
triplets
What about the macbook pro? It's always useful to have a portable music making/recording machine that you can use anywhere.
Logic Pro
What about the macbook pro? It's always useful to have a portable music making/recording machine that you can use anywhere.i have both and i got the MB and MBP after feeling isolated to work only in a studio, i think it is healthy to take the sessions out of the room unless otherwise agreed not to with clients. the big rooms are for tracking mainly.
