Audio drift in spoken word tracks

Hi -

I'm recording a spoken word podcast with a remote co-host via Skype, and currently recording both ends of the conversation (on multiple tracks) on my end. Ideally, to get a cleaner signal, I'd like to have my co-host record separately and send me his track, which I'd sync up in post-production. In past experiences, though, I've had a real issue with audio drift. His track never matches up perfectly with the one that I record on my side, either due to audio drifting or fluctuations in Skype.

Is there a tip or trick, either within Logic or with the help of a plugin, that can help solve a problem like this? Audio drift is a common issue, so I'm hoping someone smarter than me has been able to address this.

Thanks in advance!
