tobiascarter
I recently backed up everything, wiped my iMac and started afresh with Sierra (upgraded from Mavericks). I also installed Logic x 10.3. (upgraded from 10.2) I imported many of my tracks I was working on from 10.2 but now.... My Recorded Audio tracks and Drummer are not in sync. Drummer and click are in time, so I gather the audio has lost its way. All audio tracks are in time with each other - just travelling at a different tempo than Drummer and click. This has got me worried cos it is the same problem with all other tracks. How can I get it all in time again?
tobiascarter
whats even more strange is.... a bounced down mp3 I had backed up (that played fine before the backup) is also now out of time. This is crazy. whats going on here?
David Nahmani
When you say you imported your tracks... how did you import them exactly?
tobiascarter
Im trying to remember how I did it. they were backed up in Folder system. (save as folder). So I either opened them up from the external hard drive I back up on and saved it again onto my local disk in the iMac. Or I may have even copied the backed up folder contents of the songs to the iMac. I definitely didn't import them via the File / Import method. Should I have? Lummox
Same issue here. 2009 MacBook Pro transferred to late 2015 iMac. I did a clean install then transferred all logic projects to external drive and then to new iMac. Path...(HD-Users-Me-Music-Logic) Same as it was on older MacBook Pro. Any new project created on my iMac works fine. Just the ones that have been transferred have latency. I have had success by opening a new project in Logic and importing the old one. HOWEVER... as soon as I import plugins the latency starts. (I was only using Izotope and some Slate Digital) I don't know if the native Logic plugins would create the same problem. I have a dozen other projects Im working on at the moment and would LOVE to not have to import all of them. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. tobiascarter
Problem fixed: Plugin Latency needed to be 'Off'.
