Why do converted audio to esx24 sliced midi change the new regions tempo?

Hi,

 

When I convert an audio region to a sliced esx24 midi region, it ends up playing back at a slower speed. I can't quite figure out what I've done wrong, and how to get it to play back the same tempo as the audio?
