ElliotAuckland
New to logic pro, i have a Macbook pro with only 120gb flash storage, and due to the additional downloads of logic coming to over 40gb, i realistically don't have enough space to download all of these additional downloads. I have researched that if you use symlinker and download the additional downloads onto an external hardrive you can use those if your hardrive is plugged in while using logic. However after downloading the add ons onto my external hardrive using symlinker, when i have my external hardrive plugged in while using logic, it continues to say i need to download the additional sounds etc. So i was wondering is there any other way of getting this to work, or is there any kind of setting i have to have on in Logic for it to use the additional downloads that i have on my external hardrive?????
