kerochan
I work in Logic Pro: I use UA compressors, etc, these only work when my Apollo UA interface is connected, so if I want to mix in transit, its not possible to use the UA stuff. But, for example, if I record a vocal track, add a UA compressor plug in, set it to my taste, then freeze the track with the compressor set, then disconnect the UA interface, can I then mix in transit? only being able to change the volume on that particular track. ? http://uadforum.com/images/smilies/icon_rolleyes.gif Any help appreciated! stardustmedia
I have no clue about UA, but maybe ou can test it yourself. Freeze the track with the UA plugin, deactivate the UA plugin and playback the session. If you try an extrem setting, or best some pretty obvious effect (100% wet hall ), you will instantly hear if it's there or not.
stardustmedia
PS: Worst case would be, that you have to bounce it, if freeze doesn't work.
