broza2broza
Hi, I have an 88.2 logic 10.3.1 session that now opens up in 44.1. Once I change it back to 88.2 it crashes into the spinning ball. Tried loading without the audio engine turned on but then you can't switch the sample rate. (One can only change the sample rate for some reason with the audio engine turned on.) I tried loading without the Apollo interface, just on internal output, but no difference. I exported the session as a new project. no change. Tried importing all tracks into a fresh session. No change. I think the next step is to import one instrument at a time and save each time. Any other ideas before I start this? Thanks.
broza2broza
Seems like the problem was corrupted regions in take folders. Luckily this was a demo stage song so I only had two tracks of vocals. I was able to import just the two audio tracks, into a fresh logic session. without hitting the play button (which would crash logic) I immediately bounced in place, and exported the audio. I lost the outtakes but at least have the basic material, which I then pulled into another session of the midi tracks imported from the original session. triplets
Yep, re-importing into a new session is the only way to salvage a corrupted project.
