Can't bus out from 'Stereo Output' track

An output channel strip is the LAST channel strip your audio signal reaches before being routed to the corresponding hardware output on your audio interface, therefore an output channel strip cannot possibly have sends or output.

If you need to route your whole mix to another channel strip such as an Aux to add more effects, then you need to mix to an Aux: Set the outputs of all your tracks to an unused bus. Logic creates an Aux for that bus, and that Aux channel strip is your mix. You can send it anywhere you'd like, and also route its output to the Stereo Out.
