Big Island
Hi folks. Drum Kit Designer has some great sounds but the round robin is a bit annoying. Is there any way to control how many round robins or just turn them off? I know you get more access to parameters if you switch the gui to "controls" but I can't find anything there relating to this issue... Thanks Big Island
David Nahmani
I agree with you. You can replace Drum Kit Designer with the EXS24 on the channel strip, which will conserve the correct drum kit. You can then click the "edit" button at the top right of the EXS24 plug-in to open the instrument editor and edit the instrument, getting rid of the Round Robin programming. Big Island
Thanks for the tip David. A lot of parameters to access in the EXS editor for sure. However, its all very unintuitive in my book which is a pity as there is a lot of potential in the Drum Kit Designer. I´m reverting back to NI Abbey Road Drums. There is a lot of horsepower in this if you stick your head under the hood. Great fun. Big Island

I didn't realize Drum Kit Designer was just an EXS24 front-end. I wish they updated EXS24.
