Logik-Projik
I don't like bothering the forum with questions that seem should be intuitively solvable, but I've tried everything and done the research but can't find an answer. Maybe there isn't one. I use track stacks quite a bit. Often, as with percussion, I'll have all my instruments grouped inside a summing stack. It's been a constant aggravation that there doesn't seem to be a way to select the entire track stack—the main & all sub-tracks—and do it consistently. Sometimes Logic will select all of them just by selecting the main track. Try it again the same way and it refuses. I've tried holding every combination of keys while selecting the parent track, searched through all keyboard shortcut resources for a solution, with no luck. Seems there should be some way we could select all tracks in the track stack at once, and do it every time, without the cumbersome, inefficient method of having to select the parent track, hold down the shift key, then scroll down to select the bottom track. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks.
David Nahmani
It seems like a long click on the main track does it. Click the main track's name or icon, and hold down the mouse button for about a 1/2 second before you release.

Logik-Projik
Yeah, I should've tried that. I remember when I first started with Logic, goin' crazy trying to set the output on a channel, furiously clicking over & over trying to get the menu to show, then learned the trick was to click & hold. You're right... that does it. Thanks, David.
