Marbleking
Hi! I am planning on using a program like http://www.filerenamer.com to batch rename all audio files within all my Logic Pro project folders. So far so good, a regular file renaming app will do that. The problem is that when I open each of the projects afterwards, I get the "Audio file not found" pop up where I am then given the option to "locate the files manually" etc. Is there a way to automatically update the links from the projects to the renamed audio files? Does anybody know a program or script that can perform this?

No. The links are stored inside the project file, you can't edit that file without opening it, and I don't know of any app other than Logic that can open and edit Logic files. In fact if you were to find one out there, I would recommend against using it, for fear of corrupting the Logic files. In fact I'll go further, I would recommend against renaming audio files used by a Logic project anywhere other than in that Logic project's Project Audio Browser.
