Make Mono track Stereo (for more instruments in Multi)

If I open a Kontakt Multi 16xStereo I can add 8 stereo instruments. I use different Aux channel strips for each instrument.

I like to load 16 instruments in stead of 8.

 

Now when I open a Kontakt Multi 16xMono I can add 16 instruments, but they are Mono.

 

Is there a plugin or another way to make this mono instruments stereo? 

I am thinking of routing the Outputs for each Aux to a stereo bus, am I thinking in the right direction?

You should be able to click the "+" button at the bottom of the Kontakt channel strip to create your 15 stereo Auxes (from Kontakt 5 3-4 to Kontakt 5 31-32).
