I use 3 screens, and graphics have a little latency, but it does me not bother that much. Unclear what the bottleneck is. The windows still open fast enough = way below 1s. Graphics like VU meters, FFT meters, and so on are getting very laggy, but sound is not affected. I just close some of the windows. I don't see a need to have 10, 20 or even 30 plugins open.
