Ordinary Rabbit
Since last two updates, if I attempt to trim a region that extends beyond the window, the view scrolls madly in the direction of the out-of-view portion. Can't fine-trim the ends of long regions. Nor can I add fades, unless entire region is visible...for same reason: mad scrolling! Anyone else? David Nahmani
It works as expected here. Try in a new empty project?
Ordinary Rabbit
Okay. Must've been some strangeness that propagated from project to project via my template. Thank you.

Ordinary Rabbit
Oops, still happening. It appears to occur on tracks with flex enabled. Now, you used not to be able to trim clips with flex enabled, so maybe when they added that feature, they overlooked a glitch?
David Nahmani
Ok so I tried reproducing and while I don't get any mad scrolling I definitely get some unexpected "sticky" behavior... but I'm not sure I understand what you're saying: how do you adjust the length of a region that has an out-of-view portion? Is the out-of-view portion to the left of the region, or to the right?
Ordinary Rabbit
I believe I have solved this: it appears to happen when I have left a flex pitch "note" selected in the region & move up to do my trimming in the track view. Does that make sense?
