morganmd7
So the projects are working fine, even with intense plugins but when I try to import anything via the file browser I get the the spinning wheel for a couple mins. Seems hard drive related but not sure why it's so specific to the file browser. I can open the finder and open the same file while I'm waiting. But it's nice to be able to use the Import function from the File Browser to import specific tracks. Please help! You can see computer specs in my signature. morganmd7
So Logic is running fine, but the file browser is virtually unusable. I have to just drag files in from the browser, otherwise I get a spinning wheel for a couple minutes.
maceasy
Probably something to do with your other hard disks, which the file browser is waking up, and searching. Try without any other attached HD's. Or the file browser can't find files which you may have moved. Either way, it is a system issue, not specifically a Logic one, unless you have moved some Logic folders or files.
