Duplicate CC messages to other MIDI channels?

Is there a way, via Logic scripting or otherwise, to accomplish something like this on both input and playback of a MIDI track?

"If a CC1 message is detected on MIDI channel 1, create the same message on MIDI channel 2 as well? ?

To be clear, I want to do this on input and playback in real-time, not as a one-time MIDI transform operation.Thanks!

In the Environment, the Transformer (or a Fader) object could do that easily... The former being more versatile.

+1 to what Eric provided, but I would tweak the script slightly for a little better performance:

var modChannelTwo = new ControlChange;
function HandleMIDI(e) {
  e.send();
  if (e instanceof ControlChange && e.number == 1 && e.channel == 1) {
      modChannelTwo.channel = 2;
      modChannelTwo.number = e.number;
      modChannelTwo.value = e.value
      modChannelTwo.send();
  }
}
