Logic pro x Will not Quit

This seems to happen to me maybe once a month.. (but I use Logic many hours a day, every day).. I force quit.. but didn't think to trash logic10.plist (which can often fix things).. And then Logic will work and quit fine for quite a long time.. (can't replicate the problem)

After you force quit, try trashing your preferences file: in the Finder, hold down Option and click the Go menu (top of your screen) and choose Library. Go into Preferences and delete com.apple.logic10.plist. Reopen Logic.

This did not work for me and i appear to have lost all my Untagged loops i created to now :-(
