How do I correct this?

Hi guys :)

I have updated my OS to High Sierra, and I LOVE it!!

That being said, here's a message I'm getting when I load one of my Projects:

Error while trying to synchronize Audio and MIDI.

Sample Rate 41,199 recognized.

Check conflict between Logic Pro X and external device.

The Project sounds real crackly, and it pauses a lot.

How do I fix it?

Thanks!

Jerry

the projects sample rate differs from the sample rate on your sound card/ converter. Check if they are equal f.ex. 44,1

Hello to you as well danyg :)

My Interface is a UAD Apollo Twin Duo Thunderbolt.

So where do I check the sample rate on each the Project and the Twin Duo?

Thanks!

PS

I sure am dumb, ain't I? :)

i used to get this error occasionally when i was using arturia's spark plugin. what helped is: rebooting, opening (only) logic, and going back to work. or upping the audio buffer a little.

also, make sure all your plugins (and any UAD interface software) are up-to-date...

EDIT: also, 10.13.5 is out as of today; might be worth updating the OS as well.

You should be able to change the sample rate for the Twin Duo on the Console (2.0?) software that comes with your interface. In the video below it's on the lower left of the Console mixer.
