Sascha Franck
Title almost says it all. Once you created a track for your Stereo Out, you can't delete it anymore. Logic keeps telling you it's protected and that you'd have to turn off the Track Protect button. Which I obviously did. So, once in the main windows track list, Stereo Out tracks can never be deleted from there ever again. 100% reproduceable. Sascha Franck
As an addon: Others than with any other tracks, you can't move the Stereo Out track in your track list, so it always shows up at the bottom - which usually happens to be my "actual work area". The only way to get rid of this is to use the track hide function, but I'm using this for other purposes. Really annoying - and unfortunately it happened to happen in a project that I planned to use as a sort of template for a whole bunch of other projects. Need to start all the way from scratch now, because looking at that stupid Stereo Out track will make me agressive. fuzzfilth
Sascha. Relax. All is well. You are safe. Stereo-Out is not real. It cannot hurt you. AndyS
As a curious aside, I had to invoke the Output as a track, and when it appeared on the arrangement page, I found some long lost midi regions sitting on the track. Go figure....
