It seems to me that the distribution of time within the measure would be completely different in your hand-drawn notation versus what you have done in Logic. For instance, the hand-drawn sixteenth-note falls at the end of the handwritten measure, but on the Logic display it ends one-sixteenth before the end. (I'm frankly not quite sure how to interpret any tuplet that contains only one note, so, why you'd need to write one.) In the end, the performance of this measure consists of exactly one note, which is either precisely at the end of the bar or very slightly before it.

Thank you for your opinions ... Personally, what I wrote with Logic seems more correct to me than the handwritten example ... I too was surprised by this handwriting presented by a composer who would like to have this in his partition . So I tried to understand his musical expectation and offered to write it as in the Logic document ...

Because the notation is incorrect, there's no way to tell what he meant short of asking him directly.
