MarkW99
Hoping someone can help me with this after looking into it for a while I’d like to assign the bypass or on/off button of a MIDI FX plugin (Transposer) that’s on one of my tracks, to a MIDI CC number. I’d like to do this so that whenever I press my MIDI footswitch (which has an assignable cc number), it turns transpose on/off (momentarily whilst depressed) to result in a transpose of an octave up or down, of whatever I’m playing on my MIDI keyboard. I hope this makes sense. Hoping someone can share some advice on how to achieve this please? Thanks! Mark
Solution David Nahmani Posted July 1, 2020 Solution Share Posted July 1, 2020 This should get you started. Choose a layout that has buttons: https://www.logicprohelp.com/assign-midi-controller-knobs-plugin-logic-pro/
MarkW99
Top man, thanks David. All done!! My mistake was looking at Controller Assignments, which I don't think supports MIDI FX, whereas Smart Controls does
