RaginRose
My microphone is being picked up by logic but not actually recording and Input monitoring is also not catching it either. Made sure everything is connected. Literally tried every single setting/tutorial and still nothing . I also have orange bus signals which I've never had before... Equipment: VERSION : 10.4.8 INTERFACE : Mackie Pro FX MIC : Rode NT1
JakobP
So you had it working previously ? Regarding the bus send turning orange, that happens when you're in Low Latency Mode... You say the mic is picked up by Logic, exactly how can you see that ? On the meter on the channel strip ?
RaginRose
I can hear the feedback from it. I even used another method via a USB cord directly into the mic and it worked however the mic isnt being recognized via logic/Input Monitoring via my interface. Even went into both logic and Mac settings to authorize the mic
JakobP
Did you select your Mackie as input and output device in Logics audio preferences ?

fisherking
have you restarted your mac? you can also check the 'audio/midi' app in the utilities folder, make sure the mic shows there... what version logic? and what OS? you should add your signature to your profile here; that info (& info about your mac) help enormously...
