Googling Selecting Top/Bottom Voice in MIDI Region, I found the workaround through the Score Editor, albeit, that stuff doesn't seem to kick in anymore in 10.5 - the option to 'choose top/bottom voice' isn't in the 'function' dropdown in the Score Editor.
