joelwmmccullough Posted July 16, 2020 Share Posted July 16, 2020 Hey guys-- I'd love help with a recent issue I've been having today. I can't get Logic to launch past the opening splash-- it freezes and stops responding on the "Calibrating to Audio" phase. It will also often cause Finder to stop responding as well, and there is no way to salvage either of them without a force quit. rAC Posted July 18, 2020 Share Posted July 18, 2020 What’s your computer and what OS version? Is this a new install or an upgrade? Do you have any 3rd party plugins? Have you checked that they are compatible? What audio device do you have and how is it attached? Is it class compliant or does it have a driver? I wish I could tell you guys what I did to get it working just for future reference, but I literally didn't do anything. Really strange situation.
