martinkk
Hi everyone, I like to use the step sequencer to synchronize the drums when I create. However, every time I place a pattern and play it in my project, the step sequencer starts moving the playing blocks at a random place. This is very frustrating, as the more patterns I create, the more difficult it gets to keep the right timing with the playhead moving randomly. I have screen recorded a video to help you understand my problem. I appreciate any help thanks
David Nahmani
Can you share screenshots rather than video? A screenshot of your initial step sequence to start with?
martinkk
Hey David, sure, what should I take a screenshot of? This is the initial step sequencer in the video. As you can see from 00:09 this is when the sequencer starts to move with the beat, even though the pattern started way earlier.
David Nahmani
I'm not sure what you mean. I hear the pattern right away at the beginning of the video, and what I hear corresponds to the step sequence I can see you've programmed. I don't see anything unusual. martinkk
sorry, I was probably not clear what I meant. The step sequencer is playing but the signal indicating the location of each beat does not start right with the pattern (you can see on the video that it starts on the 00:09 sec)
David Nahmani
Oh ok! Well then, how long is your pattern?
