Bart Haagmans Posted September 1, 2020 Share Posted September 1, 2020 Hello, I am following this tutorial to use Kontakt on one track but have multiple instruments in this one instance of Kontakt and then link the output to AUX tracks. Tutorial: However, I can't get any sound from the AUX tracks. I did everything as explained in the video. Anything I should be paying attention to? Thanks in advance. des99 Posted September 1, 2020 Share Posted September 1, 2020 Kontakt's multi-output routing is kinda weird to get your head around, but you have to load a multi-output instance of Kontakt, create additional outputs in the mixer to handle the multile outputs from Kontakt, but also inside Kontakt you have to create a multi-output setup and route the instruments to the required outputs for it to work. I don't think you save any DSP by loading the sample instruments into one instance of Kontakt. And it is a way more organized way to work for me.
