Easy Way To Make A Second Stereo Output Track?

Trying to recreate something i saw in an Alex Tumay mix vid that he does on protools ( https://youtu.be/q3TJxDV_Q38?t=746 )

Is there a quick way to do this or would I need to just create a stereo Aux and route everything there and then into the Stereo Out?

 

Basically want to create a second Master Mix bus and just leave the stereo out empty so that I can do quick bounce in places of the entire session when needed.

my output is always empty. Just make a main Mixbus and (as you suggested) a second // Mixbus ans add your plugins there
