LPX Linn Drum Snares out of phase

I’ve been using LinnDrum snares on a lot of projects lately but only on one particular project I’ve run into this issue. I’m using a snare 1 for a higher pitch and snare 2 for a lower pitch. I noticed on my stereo bounce (it’s not nearly as noticeable in playback) that the buss reverb in which the snares are sent to seemed to lean to the right a bit. I flipped the phase on each snare and noticed that when one snare’s phase was inverted, it had a noticeable amount of more low end. I did the left-right trick as well as checked them with the correlation meter and they seem to be slightly out of phase. My guess is that one of them needs to be time-nudged. Has anyone had this issue before? Also, the snares are quantized so the timing thing doesn’t make sense to me. Any insight or help is appreciated. Thanks!

You didn't mention which instrument/patch/sample.

However, it's very unlikely that single samples are checked for phase-accuracy. Imagine you have to check all samples in any combination, this is impossible. And second, as soon as you change the pitch of the samples, the starting point changes too, which leads to new phase constellations. But I agree, I would like to see/hear also phase-accuracy in drum-kit at least with BD+SN+TOMs.

For now, to reverse the phase via plugin is the best option I could imagine.

Did I send not mention the instrument/patch/sample? Pretty sure I did when I said LPX’s LinnDrum snare 1 and snare 2. Maybe I don’t understand exactly what you mean. Anyways, when I flip the phase on one of the snares, it’s still slightly out of phase according to the correlation meter. One way does sound better than the other but like I said, when I send the snares to my drum reverb buss, the return seems to lean to the right by about 10-15% (that’s what she said)

What reverb patch are you using?

The Space Designer .7s drum plate with my own EQ curve and other small adjustments. Plus, I’m using sidechain comp after it on the buss with one of the snares triggering the compressor. I turned off the compressor to see if that was contributing to the problem. I have the correlation meter on the LinnDrum kit and the snares are definitely the problem. I brought the pitch down a minor third of the high snare (snare 1) to the same pitch as snare 2. It’s still a problem. Ugh.
