scarlet solo audio interface help

I just got a scarlet solo audio interface 3rd gen usb and I'm having trouble hearing audio from Logic. I just hear some static. Although it plays audio fine on my macbook. The version of logic I have is 10.0.07. It does recognize the interface in the audio preferences and I can apply them. But I am only hearing static, any help would be appreciated.

Do you hear static with every new project in Logic?

If you update to Sierra, you can still use the Logic you have no problem.

So I finally updated to Sierra and I'm still getting static, when I play just on mac its distorted, and on Logic theres barely any noise. Logic had to rescan all AUs. so atleast it still runs on Sierra, but the Scarlet does not work

Yes, I've tried multiple times, when I play it on my mac you can hear some music but its distorted, and in Logic you just hear clicks.

If you originally bought Logic X, you can update for free to a newer version. Maybe the Logic version is too old for the interface.

I don't what else to tell you.
