I don't think that's a bug. When you zoom out it's not possible to display the accurate size of a very small region. You just wouldn't see that there was a region there. So there is a minimum display size for regions, no matter how small the actual region is.

 

When you zoom right out a very small region appears to be bigger than it is and its end point will be displayed in the wrong place. That's corrected as you zoom in.

it is confusing.. it does not happen in CUbase.. reaper.. or any other Daw.. only in Logic Pro .
