GrahamG
Hi all, I'm try to work out how to universally map smart controls to an external controller, so that for every instrument or effect the same knob always controls smart control 1 etc. I have read somewhere this is possible, but cannot work out for the life of me how to do it - smart control mapping is clearly too smart for my brain! Can anyone advise me? Thank you!
David Nahmani
That's exactly how Smart Control behave. Here's a guide: https://www.logicprohelp.com/assign-midi-controller-knobs-plugin-logic-pro/
GrahamG
Sorry David, didn't explain myself very well. I meant as a global setting, so that knob 1 on my controller will always effect whatever knob 1 on the smart controls is controlling, no matter which plug-in I'm using. I hope that makes sense now! It made sense before, you explained yourself very well the first time around.
