Incorrect format message when I open Logic

I keep getting this message every time I open Logic. I don't know what it's referring to. I just did a hard drive replacement so maybe it has something to do with that?

I think it was because it was opening to a recent song rather than to a default template. The song must have been in the wrong format. I deleted it and now it's good to go. I would have just deleted the post but couldn't figure out how.
