hmowday
I am working on a fairly substantial TV series at the moment. Each scene or cue I finish, I save as a seperate Logic Project. This morning I noticed that the file sizes for these cues were rather large (>400mb). I had a "DOH" moment when I realised that each of these file sizes I could substantially reduce by doing a project "Clean Up". IF I have over 100 files,.....is there a quicker way to clean them all up? Its not that much of an issue as space is not a problem but still,.......they are pretty big files. (Mostly Soft Synths in MIDI) Any thoughts?
triplets
The Clean Up mainly gets rid of unused audio files that didn't get cleared with prior "Select Unused" operations in the Project files window. Midi regions don't get deleted unless you do it manually in the project itself.
hmowday
Yea totally get what clean up does......My question is, Is there an automated way to do this across multiple files?
