CCTMusic
Hi Mac Laptops have only had USBC/TB3 connections for several years now. Depending on your needs you could get USBC-A adaptors: https://www.apple.com/uk/shop/product/MJ1M2ZM/A/usb-c-to-usb-adapter?fnode=996a98ebb3a87c7d4034a19f901af2c306ada1da397cac8c5b24b18d576992f049248c75dc352bd959a72169e8bbef4b2449c71442d6acc1536a97170ced804b5b2a42dc60db3c0b4a012542d12afa3c5ee7b91b6713532affd18270d7232b7c19a7d57287914e5eb3a8d6ff71ca7a50 or perhaps a USB Hub: https://www.apple.com/uk/shop/product/HL9B2ZM/A/belkin-usb-30-4-port-hub-usb-c-cable?fnode=752401fd3d2abc1126828834b89405e3a461b6db949de38e9bb0239058468776627b63931b4469258b7e5307998e0875cf8a9e147be05946eada837af9cf48cc50ff069771d82acd1b336a04920e27b372a978172aca9cdfa73e2f7010b4e1d322827d8c2d28454e3f9f3973e80514c6 Or a Dock: https://www.apple.com/uk/shop/product/HMX12Z/A/caldigit-ts3-plus-dock?fnode=752401fd3d2abc1126828834b89405e3a461b6db949de38e9bb0239058468776627b63931b4469258b7e5307998e0875cf8a9e147be05946eada837af9cf48cc50ff069771d82acd1b336a04920e27b372a978172aca9cdfa73e2f7010b4e1d322827d8c2d28454e3f9f3973e80514c6 CCT

analogika
The Mac Mini does. Yep its does. Though I need at least 32GB RAM to run Pro Tools. The only available desktop Macs that support more than 16GB RAM are the 27" Intel iMac, which comes with USB-A, and the Mac Pro, which has the option for USB-A. The M1 Apple Silicon machines are limited to 16 GB. This will change with the next generation.
triplets
Though I need at least 32GB RAM to run Pro Tools. Protools first needs to be officially supported for the M1. Not running native yet. Only in Rosetta mode.

triplets
But running in Rosetta will be fine, no? Well, you know how it is with Avid: if it ain't supported, you're on your own. No guarantees it will work. And we don't know what the ram requirements will be once it runs native. Here's a test with PT running Rosetta on M1: https://www.pro-tools-expert.com/production-expert-1/apple-mac-mini-m1-audio-power-test-pro-tools
facej
I simply plugged my pre-existing USB hub (powered USB3) in to a USB-A to USB-C adapter. Then I got a dock. USB hub plugs in to dock, dock plugs in to laptop. Works great
