All of my software instrument tracks turned into aux tracks

I'm not sure what caused it. The last things I was doing before I noticed it was editing a track with a take folder on it and then bouncing that track. I don't know exactly when it happened because I was soloing that track so I wasn't listening to any software instruments. I lost my settings for all of them but luckily I didn't change them much from some presets I made. This made me change the number of autosaves to 50. I was just wondering if this has happened to anyone else before and if anyone was able to fix it. Seems like it could be related to this this.
