How to save mapping assignments in Mainstage?

I have assigned the Patch Down footswitch on the Nektar Pacer to the Patch Down button in Mainstage. But when I restart Mainstage the assignment mapping is lost. Is there a way to save the assignment?

Thanks for your reply Atlas.

Yes, when the concert is saved, then the assigned mappings are present when opening that concert. But what I want is to save the mappings as a default. So that when I open Mainstage to make a new concert the mapping assignments are always there, like a template in Logic Pro.

That's an interesting question.

The template management of Mainstage is quite different from Logic, I believe.

The "stock" templates reside in /Applications/MainStage 3.app/Contents/Resources/MainStage Concerts/; adding concerts there doesn't change a thing.

Mainstage has a hidden "Save as template" menu item that also doesn't seem to do much.

Not sure what the ~/Library/Application Support/Logic/MainStage Concerts/ folder is good for - placing a concert there also doesn't seem to make a difference.
