seq998
Hi guys! Empty Logic Project, when I power up my Apollo Twin X computer freeze and macos restarts by itself. Panic records says “Your computer was restarted because of a problem and macos panic data not available” Latest UAD software 9.15.1 Latest macos Big Sur 11.6.5 Latest Logic Pro 10.7.3 Big Sur installed from scratch a few days ago Apple Diagnostics: “No issues found”
des99
If your machine is kernel panicing, this is not Logic that's doing it, that's at a low level, likely to do with the Apollo drivers. If you turn on the Apollo when Logic is not running, does it do the same thing? If you try to set the Apollo as the system sound output, can you do that? If you still get bad behaviour, I'd uninstall the Apollo software, (re-)download the latest version, reboot and reinstall it, and see if the issue is fixed. If not, then contact UA support... If I turn on the Apollo when Logic is not running everything runs normal. I own UA Apollo Twin X and UA Volt 276 and indeed with the Volt the mac does not restart. Problem seems to come from the latest UA Apollo Twin X software. I will contact UA support team. Thank you so much for helping my friend! Update: Uninstalled & Reinstalled UAD Software and same freezing & restart bug is happening. So I’ll contact UAD and see what’s going on. des99
What about if you select the Apollo as the system audio input/output device? (With Logic not running) Does that work?
