Jonathan Levine
I’ve got a new Mac Studio coming in and I’m still waiting for some of my plug-ins to finally go native, but some of the manufacturers say to run Logic through Rosetta 2 instead of the native version while their plug-ins are working through Rosetta 2. I’d really prefer to use Logic in its native version to get the full performance of my machine, so I didn’t know if there would be any issues running those Rosetta 2 compatible plug-ins through the native version of Logic at all or if everything should still be alright. Thanks in advance!
Solution des99 Posted March 26, 2022 Solution Share Posted March 26, 2022 Yes, when running Logic natively, any plugins which only have Intel binaries are run in the AU Hosting Compatibility Service under Rosetta, and thus still work within Logic.
