LevinPhoto
Hi all. I posted this first in the Final Cut forum but hope I can get your help: I've got a Poly Wave audio file that imports into FCP with the tracks named properly when I set up recording on Sound Devices 633. That works fine as you can see in my screen shot. However, in Logic Pro, none of my user (me) created track names show the proper way. Is there some setting I'm missing in Logic? Or maybe is this a Logic forum ? Any help would be appreciated.
David Nahmani
Or maybe is this a Logic forum ? Do you mean a Logic bug? Logic's support of multichannel audio files has always been rather poor so I'm not really surprised to see that it does not support individual channel name in a multichannel audio file, unfortunately. LevinPhoto
I sent feedback to Apple on this. I couldn't see a way to add the screen shots. I know that this is a different development team than Final Cut, but jeez, if they can do it in that, certainly should be something that works in Logic. Oh well.
