"The document "ProjectName" could not be opened. The file doesn't exist"

MacOS Mojave 10.14,

Two weeks ago, I recorded an audio file using Logic Pro X, and saved it with a name as a Logic file. Now, I can't find it anywhere, if I go on open recent files when booting up Logic it doesn't appear. The only way I can see a remnant of it is if I open up a new project on Logic, go on File -> Open Recent, and there it appears. However, when I click on it, a pop up shows up saying "The document "ProjectName" could not be opened. The file doesn't exist"

I tried going into the package contents and nada. Google says I should look for the folder "Alternatives," which for some reason I could only find by typing it in the search bar, but the file is not there. I'd like to point out that my app didn't crash and I don't think I'm trying to recover unsaved files: I saved it, I see its name there, but it doesn't seem to exist anywhere, not even on my external hard drive.
