MusiquedeReve
I just up up my Zen Q Synergy Tour audio interface on my MacBook Pro M1Max (took me quite a while to figure it out) However, when I try to validate the Antelope Audio AFX2DAW plugin in Logic Pro, Logic keeps giving me a crashed validation error I have cleared the AudioUnitCache and restarted my computer and still will not validate Can anyone advise on how to get this working or is this something I need to bring to the attention of the developer? Thank you

MusiquedeReve
Great! You’re welcome! So I had to delete the AudioUnitCache in order to have a new plugin recognized and now, even in Rosetta, the plugins that I was able to install from earlier in this thread will not reinstall) I guess I will be waiting for a firmware update
des99
You shouldn't need to delete your AU cache when installing a plugin, just reboot after installation if the new plugin isn't detected (or there is a handy terminal command to kill and restart the au component registrar service if you don't want to reboot which does the same thing). I unplugged the audio interface and then opened Logic in Rosetta mode and the plugins installed again properly -- I know not the rhyme or reason for this but, hey, it works now
JustinEmanuel
Hey guys, I use a MacBook Pro Max 16 inch 64 Gb Ram (M1), along with the latest version of Logic Pro. I finally managed (thanks to a wise man on this thread) to get the AFX2DAW plugins to authorise in Logics Plug-in Manager and I can load any plugin from my Zen Q Synergy's DSP in Logic via AFX2DAW. However, I am not getting any signal to the AFX2DAW plugins when I insert them, which means nothing is happening. Everything works other than the AFX2DAW, I can use the plugins by recording on channels 5&6 (and monitoring via computer play 1/2) but I really bought the Zen Q for its AFX2DAW so I'm bitterly disappointed I haven't got it to work yet. Thanks for the tip with plugging out the interface before rebooting and authorising in Logics plugin manager. The question is why isn't Antelope providing this kind of information on their website. More poignantly why is their software so challenging? I requested a TeamViewer meeting with Antelope support so we'll see what happens. Good luck guys!
