Files Required For Using Logic on a Partition?

Hi All,
I have a load of projects saved in Logic 9 that I want to finish. First of all, I don't want to use Logic 10. A load of plugins from the projects do not work with it, I already use other DAWs, and many other reasons.

What I would like to do is partition my hard drive so I have one partition for more up to date OS' to use for everything BUT Logic 9, and have a partition JUST to finish Logic 9 projects on.

Can anyone advise on how I can achieve this whilst using up as little space on the Logic 9 partition as possible? E.g. what files need to be on the Logic 9 partition? I'm assuming that audio files, etc. on the current, only partition, will not need to transferred as finder/spotlight should be able to locate them, but I'm not sure.

Thanks in advance.
