In that patch, if you click Show Targets you can see that Control2 is assigned to Filter 1 Cutoff Depth 1.

These are the macro knobs 1 to 8, which you can use to control/modulate multiple parameters in a patch, and give them descriptive names to remind you what they do in a patch.

(I really recommend sitting down with the manual which will introduce you to these key concepts in Alchemy, and you'll have a much better idea of what everything is, and does...)

Whatever value you're sending with your modulation wheel. That patch was designed to be able to use your mod wheel to affect "control2" which in turn affects the depth of the cutoff of the filter. If you don't want the mod wheel to affect the filter you can either leave the mod wheel all the way down or remove that modulation routing.

i don't use modulation wheel. i use window keyboard in logic pro. but the modulation wheel option is still working. i really don't know the reason..

I'm not sure how "the modulation wheel can be working" can be determined, if you have no modulation wheel to change anything (unless you've inserted that MIDI data into a region).

Turn down Control Knob 2 to zero, and it won't be modulating anything. All that routing you describe above is saying that, *if you had a modulation wheel*, you could use it to change the Control 2 knob (and therefore, whatever that control is modulating).
